TSI Spring League: Boys’ Middle School Division — Week 1

Week one scores and highlights from the Team Southern Indiana Spring Basketball League Boys’ Middle School Division at Sellersburg Nolan Fieldhouse:

Bulldogs 44, Sycamores 35: Madison’s Bryce Harmon scored 16 points to lead the Bulldogs to victory over the Sycamores. St. John’s Sauers’ Cody Waskom led the Sycamores in defeat with 13.

Aces 46, Hoosiers 29: Seymour’s Zack Chlatter scored a 21 points, and the Aces thumped the Hoosiers. Scribner’s Isaiah Hickman got 10 in the loss for the Hoosiers.

Wildcats 46, Boilermakers 31: Holy Family’s Christian Cambron netted 13 points for the Wildcats, which cruised past the Boilermakers. The Bedford pair of Will Bohling and Clinton Yeary each finished with nine for the Boilermakers.

Irish 44, Cardinals 27: Austin’s Markus Fleenor exploded for 20 points as the Irish cruised past the Cardinals. Silver Creek’s Wade Costin led the Cardinals in the loss with 10.

Aces 53, Sycamores 50: Chalatter totaled 17 points to help the Aces improve to 2-0. Orleans’ Burton Gerkin put in 22 in defeat for the Sycamores.

Hoosiers 47, Bulldogs 44: Hickman finished with 12 points, leading the Hoosiers past the Bulldogs in the final seconds. Harmon scored 17 in defeat for the Bulldogs.

Irish 47, Wildcats 46: Fleenor scored a division-high 22 points in a down-to-the-wire victory for the Irish. Charlestown’s Josh Wray led the Wildcats with 12.

Boilermakers 46, Cardinals 42: The Boilermaker won behind 13 points from Yeary, and Costin paced the Cardinals in the loss with 20.
