Week four scores and highlights from the Team Southern Indiana Spring Basketball League Boys’ Middle School Division at Sellersburg Nolan Fieldhouse:

Quarterfinals

Aces 56, Cardinals 55: Oolitic’s Cameron Lane racked up 27 points to lead the Aces over the Cardinals. Silver Creek’s Wade Costin exploded for a game-high 33 points in the defeat for the Cardinals.

Hoosiers 47, Bulldogs 34: Scribner’s Isaiah Hickman totaled 16 points to lead the Hoosiers past the Bulldogs. Madison’s Bryce Harmon and Scottsburg’s Anthony Hunter scored 13 a piece for the Bulldogs.

Sycamores 60, Irish 50: Orleans’ Burton Gerkin finished with 16 points, leading the Sycamores to victory. Austin’s Markus Fleenor paced the Irish with a game-high 25.

Wildcats 33, Boilermakers 27: Holy Family’s Max Leist racked up 17 points to push the Wildcats to victory. Bedford’s Clinton Yeary led the Boilers with 13.

Semifinals

Aces 54, Hoosiers 45: Seymour’s Zach Chlatter poured in 21 points, helping the Aces eliminate the Hoosiers. Hickman totaled 17 in defeat for the Hoosiers.

Wildcats 44, Sycamores 40: Leist put in 16 points, and the Wildcats beat the Sycamores. North Harrison’s Jack Phelps finished with 16 for the Sycamores.

Championship

Aces 34, Wildcats 32: Lane totaled 12 points to lead the Aces to the 2011 Team Southern Indiana Spring Basketball League Boys’ Middle School Division title. Holy Family’s Christian Cambron netted 14 for the Wildcats.
